The Blackburne Arms has been a local pub for about 100 years, it is situated on Catharine Street in the Liverpool City Centre’s Georgian Quarter, it has been completely transformed in recent years. The pub offers a brand new restaurant menu also a bar stacked with a wide variety of drink selections including fantastic beers, gins and wines.

The pub boasts a homely and relaxing atmosphere along with a hotel upstairs, named 24 Catharine Street. It has regular local celebrity customers which includes Radio City’s Rossie, Sky Sports’ Phil Thompson, Liverpool legend and Alan Kennedy.

This traditional pub with upstairs guestrooms, housed in a brick building on a corner in the Georgian Quarter, is a 3-minute walk from the University of Liverpool, a 9-minute walk from Liverpool Cathedral and 0.7 miles from Liverpool Central train station.

Modern, minimalist en suite rooms come with TVs and tea and coffeemaking facilities.

Breakfast is included in the room rate on weekends, served in the downstairs pub, which also offers British classics at lunch and dinner, plus a traditional Sunday roast. The bar serves organic ales and rotating specialty beers, as well as offering live music on Friday nights.

The Blackburne Pub & Eatery serves fresh food, traditional beer and a wide selection of wines. They have released a takeaway and delivery menu which you can order from and they are also doing Sunday Roasts.
