It is recommended that you leave early so you do not miss the display.

Here’s how to get to the displays and what time they begin:

Sefton Park

Time: 7.30pm (lasting around 20 minutes).

Parking: There is limited accessible parking available at Croxteth Gate.

Train: The nearest station to the display is St Michaels which is a 20 minute walk to the park.

Buses: You can either travel to Aigburth Road via buses 60, 82 and 103 or to Ullet Road via buses 60, 75, 76, 80 and 80A.

Newsham Park

Time: 7.30pm (lasting around 20 minutes).

Parking: There is limited accessible parking available at Gardners Drive.

Train: The nearest station to the display is Edge Hill but this is over a half an hour to walk to the park.

Buses: The park is easily accessible from any of these roads: Rocky Lane/West Derby Road via buses 12, 13, 15, 18 and 68. Sheil Road via buses 26/27 or Prescot Road via buses 8, 9, 10, 10A, 10B and 10C.

Birkenhead Park

Time: 6.30pm (lasting around 20 minutes).

Parking: Parking is limited so travel by public transport recommended to avoid disappointment.

Train: The nearest station to the display is Birkenhead Park which is a 6 minute walk away.

Buses: You can access the park from Park Road North via buses 118, 119, 145, 207, 208, 216, 217, 218, 219, 407, 418, 419, 437 and 110. The park is also accessible from Park Road West via buses 12, 18, 38, 38A, 93 and 213.

Leasowe Adventure Playground

Time: 6.30pm (lasting around 20 minutes).

Parking: Parking is limited so travel by public transport recommended to avoid disappointment.

Train: The nearest station to the display is Bidston which is a 18 minute walk away.

Buses: Travel to Cameron Road via buses 106 or 811.
