Dream is a landmark sculpture in St. Helens, that symbolises the dreams of the local community as well as future generations to come.
The sculpture stands at 20 metres high and depicts the head of a girl in a dream-like state. It was designed by the famous artist Jaume Plensa and has won awards including best sculpture of the year.
Finished in 2009, it has become a popular attraction in the area. Its positioning means that as the day progresses its contours and shading change.
The summit of Sutton Manor is not easily accessible for wheelchair users, however plans are currently in action to improve upon this.
